Chef/Owner Sergio Arias
Chef Sergio Arias was born in Buenos Aries, Argentina where he was surrounded by culture and cuisine. In 1988 he arrived in the United States, settling in Yonkers, NY. Working alongside his father-in-law at his successful restaurant called "Paolo's", Chef Arias continued to hone his skills. The success of "Paolo's" inspired Chef Arias to pursue the American dream of owning his own restaurant and, together with his wife Silvia, he opened "Piccola Trattoria" in Dobbs Ferry, NY in 1997. It was "Piccola Trattoria" where Chef Arias continued his culinary quest not only creating a wonderful menu, but also an inviting atmosphere. Chef Arias later brought his talents to "Piacere Trattoria" in White Plains, NY.
